Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned at your expense with a tracked shipping method.
Please mark the package as “Return goods” on the customs declaration.

Yes. All our pieces are nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.
They are coated with genuine 925 sterling silver.
5. How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid exposing your jewelry to soapy water, perfume, or harsh chemicals.
When not worn, store it in its original pouch.
Use a jewelry polishing cloth occasionally to maintain its shine.
