At Karl & Kate, each piece of jewelry is handmade to order with care and precision. Please read the following information regarding our shipping process.

Production Time

All our pieces are made to order. Please allow 5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping worldwide. For express delivery, additional charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Times (after production)

• France & Europe: 3–6 business days

• United States & Canada: 5–10 business days

• Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on local carriers and customs.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you haven’t received it within 6 days after ordering, feel free to contact us.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
For U.S. returns, please make sure to mark the parcel as “Return goods” on the customs declaration to avoid unnecessary fees.
