Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on our website www.karlkate.com and apply to all orders placed by the customer (“you”) with Karl & Kate (“we”, “us”).

1. Products

All our jewelry is handmade to order in France. The photos and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Slight variations may occur due to the artisanal nature of the items.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR (€) by default and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free unless otherwise stated. Prices may be updated at any time without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once full payment is received. You will receive an email confirmation with the order summary. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspicion of fraud or abnormal activity.

4. Payment

We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods available on Shopify. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

5. Production & Shipping

Each piece is made to order. Production time is approximately 5 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping destination and carrier delays (see our Shipping Policy).

6. Returns

You have 14 days (EU customers) or 30 days (international) from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the site — including images, designs, logos, and text — is the property of Karl & Kate and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from misuse of our products or failure to follow care instructions. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be the one closest to our business address unless otherwise required by applicable law.
